The Kenya Film Classification Board's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, gave a Keynote Address on 'Servant Leadership', during the 4th Annual Stima Sacco Delegates Induction and Conference held on 21st July 2021, at the Pride Inn Paradise Beach Resort, Shanzu, Mombasa County.

The conference aimed to empower the delegates with leadership skills as well as an intrinsic understanding of the Sacco's Mission and Vision.

In his address, Dr. Mutua said that transparency, openness and integrity are the key ingredients of servant leadership, adding that leaders should strategically market their institutions to ensure they remain relevant to their course.
“Servant leadership is built on hard work, moral values and excellence. It is about being objective and providing solutions to problems affecting people. Leaders should give hope to people by exuding confidence and engaging the people in decision-making processes,” Dr. Mutua said.
