KFCB Partners with Multan Production Limited in Hosting 'The Art of Directing Masterclass'

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) in collaboration with Multan Production Limited, led by renowned Film and TV Director/Producer Mr. Reuben Odanga, hosted 'The Art of Directing Masterclass', on Friday 12th July 2024 at the Nairobi Film Centre (formerly Nairobi Cinema).
The masterclass, part of Mustan Production Limited's mentorship program, brought together filmmakers, film/TV directors, and other creatives, aimed to enhance the knowledge and expertise of aspiring filmmakers to align with current industry practices and standards.

The Board, represented by Brian Ombayo, Ag. Principal Registration Officer, leveraged on the event and sensitized the participants on our regulatory mandate, programs, and campaigns. 
Nairobi Film Center, which the KFCB manages, provides a platform for creatives to showcase their talents under the Board's Sinema Mashinani Initiative, whose objective is to tap and promote talents among the youth for job opportunities and wealth creation while championing responsible creation and consumption of film and broadcast content.
KFCB is committed to working with like-minded public and private institutions on programs and initiatives aimed at promoting the creative industry for wealth and job creation.
