Our Citizens' Service Delivery Charter

In an endeavour to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for our stakeholders, the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) has put in place a Citizens' Service Delivery Charter that guides on our services in line with our core regulatory mandate as stipulated in the Films and Stage Plays Act Cap 222 of the Laws of Kenya.

KFCB is mandated to regulate the creation, broadcasting, possession, distribution and exhibition of films in Kenya with the aim of ensuring that content conforms to Kenya's culture, moral values and national aspirations as well as to protect children from exposure to inappropriate content.
