KFCB among Partners in the Lake International Pan-African Film Festival

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) is among the partners in the 7th Edition of the Lake International Pan-African Film Festival (LIPFF), scheduled for 2nd to 5th November 2022, at the Nakuru Players Theatre.
Mr. Joel Wamalwa, the Board's Licensing Manager and Paul Ng'ang'a, Head of Film Services, are among the panelists at the Festival.
Themed: Film for Peace, the festival, an initiative of Legacy Arts and Film Lab seeks to showcase films produced in African languages.
It also aims at bringing filmmakers together, opening up the region to reap the benefits of tourism and cultural exchange while increasing the African cinematic experience.
KFCB is committed to working with like-minded public and private sector agencies on initiatives aimed at promoting Kenya's Creative Economy and also empowering the youths for job opportunities and wealth creation.
