Our Resolution of Public Complaints Committee is committed to proactively and conclusively resolving all public and stakeholder complaints.
In a bid to remain steadfast in protecting children from exposure to harmful content, we have established internal mechanisms to handle complaints.
Additionally, we have strengthened our partnerships with like-minded institutions to enhance our impact and minimise conflicts.
Such partners include Google, as well as State agencies like the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, Department of Children Services, Communications Authority of Kenya, National Transport and Safety Authority, and security organisations.
Moreover, we work closely with the Commission on Administrative of Justice (Office of the Ombudsman) to ensure that any complaints are resolved promptly.
