Mashujaa Kenya’s Folk and Cultural Heroes Series

The Kenya Film Classification Board management held a meeting with representatives of Google and Africa Centre for Advanced Technology, who briefed the Ag. Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chris Wambua, about their initiative on Kenya's Folk and Cultural Heroes Lecture Series titled: Mashujaa Kenya's Folk and Cultural Heroes.
During the meeting held on September 28 2021, the representatives requested the Board to partner in the 3rd Series, facilitated by the PLO Lumumba Foundation, with the aim of celebrating Kenya's heroes and heroines as well as promoting our culture and moral values.

The Board is keen on collaborating with like- minded agencies from both the private and public sector in executing its regulatory mandate and programs that are geared towards promoting Kenya's culture, moral values and national aspirations.
