KFCB Ag. CEO Witnesses the Official Handover Ceremony for New Youth Affairs PS

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) Ag. CEO, CPA Paskal Opiyo on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025, witnessed the official hand-over ceremony as the new Principal Secretary for the State Department for Youth Affairs and the Creative Economy, Mr. Fikirini Jacobs, took over from the outgoing Principal Secretary, Mr. Maalim Madey, who has been reassigned to the State Department for Special Programmes.

The ceremony was graced by the Cabinet Secretary for Youth Affairs, the Creative Economy, and Sports, H.E. Salim Mvurya, EGH.
The Board warmly welcomes Mr. Fikirini Jacobs on board and wishes Mr. Maalim Madey all the best in his new assignment.
