Victor loses his wife during an earthquake in Haiti and raises his daughter(Angel) all alone. Angela misses her mother and goes ahead to do a ritual with her friend Catherine to speak with her mother. They end up getting possessed and their parents resort to an exorcism whereby Angela survives and Catherine dies.
