Joker is incacerated in prison as he awaits trial for committing five murders while in character. He is subjected to attending singing sessions along with other patients. He meets a lady by the name Lee who becomes his love interest. When he comes up for hearing, his attorney believes that he suffers from an identity crisis stemming from abuse that he faced as a child. He later opts to fire her and defends himself during the court hearings
