As part of its commitment to creating a facilitative regulatory environment that spurs the growth of Kenya's film industry, the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB), a State regulatory agency, continues to leverage its state-of-the-art Cine-Mobile Unit to enhance film literacy and consumer safety, showcase local films, and expand access to Kenyan content.
Since its launch, the Cine-Mobile Unit has become a transformative platform, taking film literacy and entertainment directly to communities while amplifying KFCB’s consumer safety awareness and literacy programmes.

The Unit features a 63-square-metre LED screen mounted on a hydraulic lift system, a power generator, and a high-capacity sound system, designed to facilitate viewing for up to 800 people.
Public and private sector institutions seeking an innovative platform for outdoor public engagement, film exhibitions, awareness campaigns, and community outreach can reach KFCB for inquiries or booking of the Cine-Mobile Truck via info@kfcb.go.ke or nfc@kfcb.go.ke .
