Consumer Advice for Nyanza Region University Students

The Board’s Nyanza Regional officers, led by Mr. Edward Koech, the Regional Manager, conducted a consumer awareness workshop for university students drawn from various public universities within the Region, on the Board’s regulatory mandate, our clean content campaign and our other programs.

Mr. Koech urged the students to support the Board’s clarion call for creation and consumption of clean content as well as responsible use of social media platforms.

The students called on the Board to continue with the crackdown on inappropriate content and pledged their support to the Board’s campaigns, aimed at protecting children from exposure to harmful content.
