KFCB Engages Stakeholders at the National Customer Service Week Celebrations

In the spirit of Customer Service Week 2026, the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB), a State agency under the State Department for Youth Affairs and Creative Economy, engaged stakeholders on the first day of the National Customer Service Week celebrations at Uhuru Park, Nairobi. The Board showcased its services and innovations and facilitated access to government information under the theme "Extra Mile: Transforming Public Service Through Customer Service Excellence" and the tagline, “Huduma Bora, Maisha Bora.”

In line with its Citizens’ Service Charter commitments, the KFCB continues to digitise and automate its services to make them more convenient and accessible. Through the Technical Management System (TMS) and eCitizen platform, filmmakers, film agents, exhibitors, distributors and other industry stakeholders can conveniently apply for filming licenses and access other KFCB services at the click of a button.
