KFCB and Netflix to Create Awareness on Parental Controls

The Kenya Film Classification Board on Monday 1st November, 2021 issued a Parental Guidance Advisory on the Squid Game, a TV series rated 18+ and exhibiting on Netflix subscription platforms.

Following the Parental Advisory, KFCB is collaborating with Netflix on joint sensitization programmes to create awareness among parents, caregivers and guardians on the available Parental Controls to ensure children are protected from exposure to harmful/adult content.

Protecting children from exposure to harmful/adult content is a collective responsibility.
