KFCB Meeting with Comedian Eric Omondi

The Kenya Film Classification Board Ag. CEO, Mr. Christopher Wambua, on 28th October, 2021, led the management in a meeting with Eric Omondi, CEO Big Tyme Entertainment, who was accompanied by renowned artist/comedian, Eddie Butita. 
They discussed compliance to film and broadcast content regulatory requirements as well as putting in place safeguards on social media posts, with the aim of protecting children from exposure to adult content.
The team further deliberated on partnership in mentoring upcoming artistes for job opportunities and wealth creation in line with the Presidential Big 4 Agenda and Vision 2030.
