Board Participates in the Sports for Climate Action and Wellness 

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) staff participated in the Sports for Climate Action and Wellness Initiative, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, the Arts and Sports, at the Kasarani Stadium, Nairobi, on Monday 19th June, 2023.
Led by the Cabinet Secretary (CS) Hon. Ababu Namwamba E.G.H, the initiative brought together all the State Agencies and Departments under the Ministry of Youth Affairs, the Arts and Sports.

Place 2nd photo here: Tree planting 2  The CS later, led the team to a Tree Planting exercise dubbed: #SportsForClimateAction, and which saw the team plant 7000 trees around the Kasarani Stadium grounds, a noble cause aimed at mitigating the ravaging effects of climate change.  The Tree Planting exercise is also aligned with the Presidential Directive of planting 15 billion trees by 2032.
