Directors Workshop on Review of Policies and Manuals at Sawela Lodge Naivasha

The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) has opened a five-day workshop for the Board of Directors and senior management. The meeting, which is being facilitated by experts from the Kenya School of Government is developing key instruments to guide the operations of the Board. These include Financial Management Policy and Procedure Manual, Internal Audit Charter, ICT Policy, Occupational Safety & Health Policy, Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and Organisational Structure. Having achieved ISO certification, KFCB is automating its services and aligning our management tools to best practices globally. We are committed to becoming a World-Class Content Regulator.
