During the event, the Board's officers sensitized participants (majorly students) on KFCB's regulatory mandate through the dissemination of Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials.

The Board is committed to supporting initiatives aimed at promoting Kenya's culture and national aspirations, besides executing its regulatory mandate as stipulated in the Films and Stage Plays Act, Cap 222 of the Laws of Kenya and other enabling laws.
