KFCB CEO Meets the ICDC Property Manager Paul Okwiri

KFCB CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua today met the ICDC Property manager Paul Okwiri in the presence of the KFCB team handling the acquisition of Nairobi Cinema that will formally be handed over on 1st October 2018.
The Board will launch the new Nairobi Film Centre by premiering films and hosting a major film festival during the Blue Economy International Conference 2018 in Nairobi from 26th-29th November co-hosted by Kenya and Canada.
Nairobi Film Centre will be a Centre of excellence for the creative economy and will have a state of the art film production facilities.
Canon Central and North Africa has partnered with the Board branding the Centre as Brand Kenya will have a digital display of Kenya’s flora and fauna.
A Wall Of Fame will be set up for the top film artists in the country to celebrate their contribution to the film industry including reserving an arts Centre section for the 2018 Grand Warrior Mama Kayai
