KFCB Conducts a Public Sensitization Meeting at Tala High School

More than 1,500 young people drawn from Tala Boys’ High School and Tala Primary School have benefited from a public sensitization programme carried out under the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) Media Literacy Programme(MLP).

Led by KFCB CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua, the team educated the students on the harmful effects of inappropriate content, urging them to shun films and television programmes that are unsuitable for their age.

The event was attended by Tala Boys’ alumni, among them Dr. Ezekiel Mutua and comedian Chipukeezy. Other guests who participated in the programme included Gospel artists Sammy Ondimu Ngare and Man- Ingwe as well as Creative Generations comedians Mchungaji and Mtumishi
