KFCB to partner with Content Aggregation Limited

The Kenya Film Classification Board will partner with Content Aggregation Limited ( which owns the ViuSasa Video on Demand platform) to promote local content under the Sinema Mashinani program.

The collaboration will seek to promote short format films in local languages and encourage compliance with film and broadcast content distribution regulations.

In a courtesy call on Content Aggregation Limited CEO Mr. George Waititu, the Board’s Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ezekiel Mutua welcomed the initiative, saying KFCB will sign an MoU with the organization to promote growth in the film industry.

“KFCB views ViuSasa as the most structured platform for content aggregation and the rebirth of the film industry in Kenya”, said Dr. Mutua
